Thomas Zwack graduated from Technical University Munich (TUM) in 1996 with a master in computer science (Diplom-Informatiker) and a minor in business and economics. From 1996-2003 he worked as a manager for Accenture (www.accenture.com).
Since 2004 he is founder, shareholder and CEO of the Jakoby Zwack GmbH (www.jakobyzwack.de), a Germany based consulting company with clients in the insurance industry.
Until now he worked for major P&C insurers in Europe and North America with a strong focus on strategic development and reengineering projects. Since 2009 he is also research associate at the HHL (www.hhl.de). His major research interest is service innovation in the insurance industry.
