Dr. Marcus Kölling received his PhD in International Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) in 2004. During his PhD he worked as research fellow at the Ludwig-Boltzmann Institute for Contemporary Research on Central Europe in Vienna. Kölling currently holds the position as executive director of the Center for Leading Innovation and Cooperation (CLIC) at the HHL - Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany. Prior to joining CLIC, Kölling was the director of a medium-seized company in East Germany and worked for publishing houses as well as a tobacco company.
