Microtask-Markets - An exploration of the field
In close coordination with the advisor, the objective is to provide a thorough and comprehensive overview of the existing literatures in the field of microtasking, classifying them as per their insights and finally presenting a general purpose framework that shall help managers using microtasking markets, quickly identify the microtasking method for accomplishing tasks. The thesis will provide the description of the general framework followed by a small case study example on MTurk that demonstrate the benefits of the approach. Finally, 25 case studies of different kinds of existing microtasking platforms are discussed and a graphical summary for each case based on the framework is provided.
