Abstract

This paper aims to contribute to a better theoretical as well as operational understanding of how to enhance productivity in the context of networked service delivery. Given the heterogeneity of existing approaches for enhancing service productivity, a multidimensional assessment scheme is developed fostering an integrative understanding for both scholars and practitioners. Moreover, as common approaches typically address service productivity from a monadic or dyadic perspective, a structured literature review is conducted. In doing so, this paper identifies and discusses 15 approaches which can be applied for driving productivity from a service network perspective
